Incredible Stories

To help us to tell the incredible stories from around the Incredible Edible family, we have begun working with a wordsmith, story teller and friend of Incredible Edible, Marietta Kirkbride.

Marietta is a writer and a community project and arts coordinator. She has been actively involved in Incredible Edible Bristol since the beginning of 2016, and supports IEB by writing fundraising bids and taking care of some of the admin tasks. Before this, Marietta worked with Bristol 2015 Ltd to deliver an arts engagement programme for Bristol’s year as European Green Capital. She has worked on an array of other projects from circus festivals to green cinema screenings.

Marietta will be contacting all of the Incredible Edible family and talking about successes, concerns, people and telling those stories through a series of blogs on this site. The overall aim is to ensure that whilst we are amplifying everything our family does we are ensuring we know what that family needs from us so that we can set about making those magical things happen that will make their lives easier. Over the next few weeks Marietta will contact all the chairs or main contacts of all the Incredibles across the country to begin to hear the stories. We can’t wait to start sharing these Incredible tales with you.
