Dan runs a community supported agriculture project near Redruth in Cornwall and started wondering what else he could do in his community to build food system resilience, and how he could encourage people to think more about where their food comes from. Incredible Edible Redruth was born out of conversations about food security.

In this episode, Dan speaks about the challenges of encouraging people to look at food differently, what it’s like to live in a very agricultural part of the country but in a town where food insecurity is a daily challenge for many, why he’s setting up planters up and down Redruth’s main highstreet, and what he hopes it can change for local people.
