Our Catalyst Partner programme

Our Catalyst Partner programme is for organisations who identify with the Incredible Edible vision, mission and values.  Whether you’re operating at a town, district, regional or national level, we can work with you to develop your own organisational plan to be Incredible.

Being a Catalyst Partner

Incredible Edible creates kind, confident and connected communities through the power of food.  We do this by spinning the three plates of community, learning and business.  There are over 100 community-led groups across the UK who make this happen.  We engage with anchor institutions, like local government, NHS and social landlords as well as business to change the system to create a kinder prosperity.

The key to the Incredible Edible movement are the people who are grass roots innovators and change makers in our communities.  As a Catalyst Partner you will use the gifts your organisation has (most often, the ability to say yes) to work along side people in your communities to create Incredible Edible groups of community activists who spin the three plates.

We believe that by sharing our Incredible approach you will be able to achieve many of your strategic goals around community, health, wellbeing, sustainability, environment etc.

How we can support you

We will do this through a series of conversations with your key staff and by hosting a welcome event which will kick-start your Incredible organisational plan, plus you’ll have access to all our resources on our website www.incredibleedible.org.uk.  Our team will follow up with you to see how your plan is progressing and provide advice and information on next steps as you progress on your Incredible journey.

Get booked on our Catalyst Partner welcome event

We run a Welcome event for staff from Catalyst Partner organisations.  The day is interactive, giving you an opportunity to hear stories from Pam Warhurst, Incredible Edible Network founder, and from Incredible Edible groups, as well as providing opportunities to learn about the Incredible Edible approach and how it can work in your communities.  There will be other organisations like yours at the event, so you can share and learn from them.  There will be time for discussion and planning for your organisation so you leave the event with a clear idea of what you need to do next – you’ll benefit most if you come with a couple of colleagues so you can plan together. We’ll also provide you with a resource pack of tools and links so you’ve got some Incredible resources to take back to your team and your communities.
