
Incredible Edible Volunteer, Becky, is cooking up a kale curry on her Season Well page at 3pm todaySo if you would like to cook along with us tomorrow at 3pm we are making Kale and chickpea curry. You will need: -Kale ( about 100g. )If you don't have Kale then spinach or chard would do -Chickpeas ( a 400g tin or unearth that bag of dried chickpeas from your store cupboard and get 200g soaking in cold water) - Onion (1) -garlic ( 2 cloves) - Tin of tomatoes ( These have been hard to get recently so if you don't have one maybe you have some fresh tomatoes or we can make do with tomatoes puree) -Coriander seeds ( or ground coriander will do) - Cumin seeds ( or ground cumin) -Chilli ( fresh, dried or ground) -Turmeric ( ground) - salt and/or lemon juice Right, gather as much as that as you can ready for 3pm tomorrow ( Tuesday 1st April) along with a big pan, chopping board and sharp knife. If you don't have a particular ingredient then we can improvise. Any leafy green veg will do and if you don't have chickpeas do you have beans or lentils? See you tomorrow
